Technical
  • Software Engineering

    Track Star presently has an opportunity for a Software Applications Programmer to join our growing team of programming professionals.  In this position, the successful candidate will participate in the development of software products sold to our customer base.  Track Star is interested in those individuals with a BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline with at least 3 years hands-on coding experience.  Additionally, candidates should have demonstrable skills in Visual Basic, Visual Basic.net, Visual Studio, SQL databases, data communications, Crystal Reports and / or GIS systems.  Those interested in this opportunity are invited to submit resumes and cover letters via email by clicking here or by fax to 315-721-0934 to the attention of Michael Hughes.

     

  • Customer Support

As our customer base expands so too does our need to provide high quality, professional support to our dealers and end users.  Track Star is interested in expanding the technical support staff through the addition of a Customer Support professional to our team.  Candidates for this position should have a proven track record of success in the customer service area, especially in the area of providing high quality support of a technical nature.  Our customer support techs assist users with installation processes, upgrading and conversion tasks and bug reporting and resolution.  Strong background and grasp of the concept of CRM is required.  Technically, skills in SQL databases, various Windows operating systems and server systems and data communications technologies are critical.  Excellent telephone skills, organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively are critical to this position.
