  • Modem reports 0 lattitude 0 longitude (Hardware)

    The modem is reporting into Track Star, but every GPS packet has a value of 0 lattitude 0 longitude.

  • Vehicle(s) Position not updating on the map (Software)

    This issue can be caused by many different situations, we will need to get more information before determining the issue.

  • 2015_Q3 Map Files are not working (Software)

    Beginning with the release of 2015 Q3, the map files will be compressed GBFS map data files. Compressed map files are, on average, ~25% smaller than their uncompressed equivalents, yet typically offer the same or better performance. Future GBFS files will be made available in this compressed format only, beginning with the 15Q3 dataset in late Q3 2015. Compressed data files are identified by a 'Z' suffix in the file name.

  • Vehicle Balloon "Stopped Since........" (Software)

    A vehicle is considered "Stopped" in Track Star if it reports it's GPS location and the speed is below 3MPH
