Track Star is a privately held corporation with headquarters in New Hartford, an upstate New York area located approximately 45 miles east of Syracuse, NY.  Our location provides the company with access to skilled labor, reasonable operational costs and a number of technology assets.  This location also provides our employees with reasonable living costs and important quality of life benefits.

Personnel

Michael Hughes, President of Track Star, has been involved in the design and implementation of GPS based hardware and software products since 1994, which marks the beginning of commercialization of GPS based devices and systems.  Mr. Hughes brings to the Company broad experience in product design and systems engineering in a variety of technology disciplines including GPS, communications, software systems, embedded microprocessors and microcontrollers. A significant portion of his experience includes a notable military career with the United States Air Force.  In his role as President of the Company, Mr. Hughes manages the operation of the Company and directs the activities of a staff of qualified technology specialists in such fields as computer application programming, device design, production, sales and customer support.
