Track Star is pleased to announce the availability of a ticket based technical support system.  Users can now open support issue tickets that will be sent directly to our technical support team for action.  Users can track their support tickets to determine actions and steps takes towards resolution.  We have also added a new live help support function that informs users when there is a support team member online to address technical support issues.  Access to these new functions is provided via the buttons below...
